[BLUEJ-1265] 'Show source' does not work in Unit test results dialogue if the test class has an umlaut in the name

'Show source' does not work in Unit test results dialogue if the test class has an umlaut in the name:

  • Create class 'Kölling'
  • Create test class (KöllingTest)
  • Create test that fails
  • Run tests
  • Click 'Show source'

Source does not open. Debug log shows:

Error or exception for source not in project: /Users/mik/Desktop/workbox/dumm/KöllingTest.java
