[BLUEJ-1275] The "Run Tests" button is kept disabled after "Terminate" has been clicked on the debugger (breakpoint in a test)
When the debugger hits a breakpoint situated in a TestUnit class method, clicking on "Terminate" keeps the "Run Tests" button disabled. It should become enabled.
Original bug report:
If while running unit tests, a breakpoint is set in a unit test method, and the program is terminated by clicking on the "Terminate" button in the debugger, the "Run Tests" button in the project window becomes disabled. The "Test All" menu option is still enabled and works as expected. If the "Test All" menu option is selected when the "Run Tests" button is disabled, and the unit tests are allowed to complete (i.e., the "Terminate" button in the debugger is not pressed), the "Run Tests" button will be become enabled.
