[GREENFOOT-38] Show Wait cursor when greenfoot is busy

When greenfoot is working for a longer period of time, it should chagne the cursor to a wait cursor. Or maybe another indication of that the program is still running.

One example is populating the forest-fire scenario which takes quite a while. In general it should show the wait cursor when invoking any user written methods that will block the rest of the program.
