[GREENFOOT-154] Can't compile if scenario has java files with timestamps in the future
Discovered when Davin build the 1.4.5 release and it was tested in UK immediately after. When trying to compile one of the embedded sceanrioes it just stripes the classes and doesn't seem to finish compiling.
The problem is probably the time stamp on the Java source classes is in the future. The code that determines whether a class is compiled, should probably take into account that the source files might have a time stamp which is in the future. Maybe it should update the timestamp to current time when it discovers it is in the future?
