[GREENFOOT-182] Improve graphics performance

The graphics performance on Windows seem to be quite poor. This is probably related to the use of transparent images even if a non transparent image is used.

The reason we use transparent images all the time is explained in Ticket GREENFOOT-119.

Joe has done some hacking to get his scenario Super Thundersho to perform well enough.
