[GREENFOOT-184] Errors when making a World class called World, same with actor

It seems that if the first thing you do (before creating other classes) is try to create a subclass of World called World, or a subclass of Actor called Actor, it lets you do it but then throws an exception \- the exceptions should surely at the very least be caught, but preferably I guess it shouldn't be possible to click "OK" to create the class at all.
