[GREENFOOT-187] "New Subclass" for interfaces

If you go to edit -> new class, call it anything, then edit it so it's an interface rather than a class, you can still right click on it and select new subclass. It won't generate any errors and will just rearrange itself as a new class at the next compile, but I would've thought preferably the "new subclass" text should either be grayed out or should create a new implementation of the interface.
