[GREENFOOT-207] Get rid of World.java and Actor.java in greenfoot directory of scenarios.

This would probably solve several problems, including: bq. GREENFOOT-54 Changing date makes it imposible to compile

bq. GREENFOOT-105 Actor and World classes appear as not compiled (striped)

And influence others: bq. GREENFOOT-165 Should not show "open editor" in menu for classes with no source

bq. GREENFOOT-156 Internationalise skeleton project
