[GREENFOOT-261] Greenfoot editor has BlueJ icon

I found it a bit confusing that the Greenfoot editor has a BlueJ icon in the taskbar (Greenfoot 1.5.5 on Ubuntu Jaunty) -- perhaps this could be changed to have a Greenfoot-editing icon?
