[GREENFOOT-312] Dragging takes effect even if setLocation ignores it
With the current dragging behaviour, the user cannot easily override setLocation and ignore drags, because the x and y variables are directly assigned during the drag. To ignore a drag (e.g. because you don't want a player to be dragged on top of an obstacle) you would have to manually save the previous position and set it again, rather than just doing nothing during setLocation as you could prior to 2.0.0.
