[GREENFOOT-328] Greenfoot removes .class files of older projects, even when there is no corresponding .java file.
In the latest version of Greenfoot, if you open a project that was made using an older version of Greenfoot all of its class files will be deleted.
The problem arises when the user only has the .class files for a Java class, because they have removed the .java files usually present.
Without either file Greenfoot will know nothing about them, and the project will likely fail to compile, function or will not work as expected.
