[GREENFOOT-366] New classes not inserted correctly into actor hierarchy.
If you have a class which has subclasses, when you remove it, all its subclasses get moved to "Other classes". If you then recreate that deleted class and hit compile the subclasses stay in "Other classes".
This is the only case in which this happens. If you hit compile after removing the class, you'll get a compiler error, and when you recreate the class it'll correctly organise the hierarchy.
