[GREENFOOT-383] CSV string storage broken

There was a character set issue on Windows (fixed in trunk), there is also a problem with the character 13 (\r) not being stored and retrieved properly. So not every valid String can be stored and loaded again locally (though it does now work on the gallery) -- this should be fixed.
