[GREENFOOT-406] Revamp project.greenfoot management

The {{project.greenfoot}} file is changing all the time, even if the project was only recompiled. Also, the entries change their order every time with no recognizable system so that's impossible to track a Greenfoot project with versioning software like git or SVM (gitignoring the project file breaks Greenfoot as well)
