[GREENFOOT-416] "Compile" in editor window for already-compiled class does not compile and leaves state as "compiling..."

If you click the compile button in an editor window for a class which is currently compiled, it does not re-compile the class, and the text in the info panel says "compiling ..." without ever transitioning to "compiling... done" as it should.
