[GREENFOOT-428] In Stride editor on Mac, should use Cmd-1 not Ctrl-1 to select first tab

It seems that the Mac shortcut for selecting tabs is usually Cmd-1, Cmd-2, etc, but we implemented it as Ctrl-1, Ctrl-2. We should match the Mac convention.
