[GREENFOOT-443] Stride editor can be slow to load
Now that we know we can generate most of the scene off-thread, we can do this (perhaps parallelising at the class level, creating each method/constructor on a separate thread? Or just parallelise all the way down?) to get a bit of speed-up on the editor load. We could even show the stage first, then stream in the methods as they have loaded, which will avoid the awkward delay before showing the editor (better to show a loading editor than do nothing for too long then show full editor).
