[GREENFOOT-458] Extend class context menu

The class context menu current shows:

bq. Toggle abstract

It should maybe also show functions to add and remove 'extends' and 'implements' declarations. For example:

bq. Toggle abstract

bq. Add 'extends'

bq. Add 'implements'

or

bq. Toggle abstract

bq. Remove 'extends Actor'

bq. Remove 'implements Movable'

bq. Remove 'implements Bouncable'
