[GREENFOOT-514] Make initialisation value more discoverable

At the moment, the only way to add an initialisation value to a standard variable frame is to press equals at the end of the name slot. On reflection, this is very hard to discover. I suggest we do one or more of:

  • Add a right-click context menu item on var frames for adding/removing initialisation value
  • Add the '=' shortcut to the cheat sheet in the name slot for variables
  • Allow alt-'=' to add an initialisation value and show this in the cheat sheet (like we will have alt-S for static, after GREENFOOT-509).
