[GREENFOOT-517] Make MSI installer uninstall old version
When you install a new version of Greenfoot (or BlueJ) with the MSI installer, it asks you to uninstall the old version, then quits. It's a bit annoying to go uninstall the old one, come back, and run the installer again. It seems it is fairly straightforward to uninstall as the first step:
