[GREENFOOT-519] Bird's eye doesn't keep selection in view

If you enter bird's eye view in a class with many methods (so that it is longer than the current view), then move the bird's eye selection (the black rectangle) down beyond the view, I would expect the view to scroll to keep the selection in view, but it doesn't. Instead, you can move the selection to items that are off-screen.
