[GREENFOOT-531] Stride editor: Try/catch with block selected gives only try

In the stride editor, if I press 'y', I get an empty try-catch pair.

If I select some code first and press y, the code gets enclosed in a 'try' block, but there is no 'catch' clause added automatically.

I think the behaviour should be consistent between these two cases.
