[GREENFOOT-593] Disable key doesn't work for methods
If you create a method something like:
public int foo() var int x return 8
Then if you position your cursor inside the method frame and press backslash, it disables the frame after the cursor (or, if you're at the very end after the return, the frame before). But if you position your frame cursor outside the method, either before or after it, and press backslash then nothing happens. This seems like a bug: backslash outside the method should have the same behaviour, disabling the frame afterwards (or at the very end, disabling the one before)
