[GREENFOOT-624] Classes in varying order in class diagram

The list of Actor subclasses (and possibly 'Other classes' - have not tested that) is in a somewhat non-deterministic order. When a class is created, it is put at the end. After re-open, it is at some random location.

Arrange the classes so that they are always alphabetical.
