[GREENFOOT-675] Greenfoot.ask prompt is dispalyed in wrong location

The prompt from a Greenfoot.ask() question is currently being displayed above the world; the text entry box is below the world. They should both be below the world. The prompt should probably be styled a bit better also - different background colour etc so that it is more prominent.
