[GREENFOOT-683] Execution twirler: bad location, incorrect menu text

The execution twirler has no right padding between it and the edge of the control panel. Also, the menu text is wrong - one item says "restart Greenfoot" but this is not what it does. Better would be "terminate execution" perhaps, or "restart VM".
