[GREENFOOT-722] Export dialog has "keep existing screenshot" selected for new scenarios

If you create and export a new scenario the "keep existing screenshot" checkbox is checked by default. It should be clear if the scenario has not been exported previously.

 More generally, it shouldn't be visible; the "initial upload" mode should be active rather than the "update" mode.
