[GREENFOOT-792] Greenfoot inspectors no longer auto-update

In Greenfoot 3.1.0, inspectors would auto-update (every 500ms) while showing via a TimerTask. This functionality was accidentally removed in 3.5.0, but should be restored (using the FX animation API, most likely).
