[GREENFOOT-798] Save the World missing from top menu
After our menu rearrangement in 3.5.0, the "Save the World" option is not on the top menu bar in Greenfoot, only on the context menu. I think was accidental, and it should be re-added to the top menu as it helps discoverability, probably under the Tools menu.
