[GREENFOOT-812] Object names not shown on inspectors

When inspecting an actor object, no object name is shown. The name is useful for typing as a parameter to another method (although it is still possible to insert the name by clicking the object when the interactive method call dialog is open).

This was part of GREENFOOT-811.
