[GREENFOOT-836] Greenfoot world display can flicker with large worlds and fast speed
There is a race hazard bug in Greenfoot where we can send a world which is still being rendered on another thread. This is more likely to happen with larger worlds (or worlds with many actors) where the drawing is slower, and when the speed is set to high so that drawing happens more often.
