[BLUEJ-864] lang.stride.Utility.makeRange(..,..) gets converted literally

In conversion to Stride, can we convert a well-formed 'makeRange' call to a Stride foreach loop? This way one could convert to Java and back. (Not needed if convert to Java creates standard for loops.)
