[BLUEJ-1363] The UI text is jumbled/broken while the actual editor text works fine

The UI text is grumbled for [example|https://ibb.co/gR2DsFG], I have tried reinstalling bluej, trying to repair it as well. Using windows 20H2 --- **Issue metadata** - Issue type: Bug - Priority: High
