[BLUEJ-1144] Not enough space to show the class arrows at bottom of package if scrolling required
This has been reported by a user, In the page where all the classes are shown under a package, when I scroll down, it just stops at the bottom of the icon of the last class, and there is no empty space below the last row of classes. As a result, he cannot view the uses or inheritance arrows for the classes in the last row. If a small amount of free space is left at the end of the page, it becomes easier to see the arrows.
