[BLUEJ-1221] Reconsider the save-as dialog defaults
When you click save-as on the project menu, the default is to save with a parent directory of the last manually chosen parent path (internally, PrefMgr.getProjectDirectory()), and a blank name. But this is unlikely to be a useful set of defaults. A user has suggested that we should use the current project's parent and the current project's name. While by default this would be an invalid location (seeing as it overlaps the current location), it seems sensible given that the user is likely to only want to change either the project name (e.g. to save a copy like "..-experimenting") or the location (e.g. to save to a USB stick or other location).
We should discuss whether this is sensible.
