[BLUEJ-130] Java ME Deploy button sometimes active for non-ME projects
The JavaME label and "Deploy" button isn't being removed properly when a package window is re-used.
. Check "Show JavaME controls" on the Miscellaneous Preferences tab.
. Create a new ME project (Project menu), and observe that the Unit Testing tools buttons are replaced by the Java ME Deploy button (correctly).
. Close the ME project so that the package window is empty. Note that the Deploy button remains. Maybe the testing tools should come back now, but it doesn't matter, because they're disabled. Philosophically, is the null-project ME or SE?
. Open an SE project so that it re-uses the empty package window. Note that the Deploy button is still there. It should really be the Testing tools now, or neither if testing tools are disabled. But Deploy is just wrong, and it's active despite the project not being ME.
Workaround: close and re-open BlueJ.
