[GREENFOOT-392] World sometimes doesn't respond to mouse input after calling Greenfoot.start() from world constructor
The world sometimes doesn't respond to mouse input after calling Greenfoot.start() from the world constructor. Typically will be noticed after clicking the reset button. See:

This is due to a race condition in the greenfoot.gui.input.!InputManager class.
