[BLUEJ-29] Inner class does not generate link on graph
Create a class or interface to be used as the parent. Create a class to be used as a subclass/child of the partent. The inheritance operator will cause "extends" or "implements" to appear in appropriately in the cubclass/child. It also works correctly if "extends" or "implements" is entered in the editor and then the graph is viewed.
Now attempt to code a class with an inner class. If the inner class extends the parent, no arrow appears. Operation of the inner class work appropriately, but without graphical feedback.
The arrow placement in the non-inner class case lacks user placement override.
I had expected the arrow to be a graphical object that I could right click and
find a menu of redraw options.
Unreleated, but missing feature of BlueJ is the notion of "launchability".
Perhaps additional entries could be added to the .pkg file so that an
association could be made between it and the BlueJ application. Other
graphical environments have similar launch files.
