[BLUEJ-408] JUnit4 module should allow hiding result of method

I think that the JUnit4 module should allow configuration so that when interactively constructing a JUnit assertion the actual result of the method is hidden. If it is not hidden, then students will tend to just enter the value they see, rather than the value that they have reasoned ought to be returned.
I'm classifying this as a defect because it works directly against a test-first design approach.
