[BLUEJ-42] Attempting to step into procedures for which the code is not available causes a hard crash
When using the BlueJ debugger to step through your code, when you hit "Step into" for a line of code that calls a procedure that is not actually in the project itself, BlueJ crashes big time. For example, in a class that extends JFrame, I use "super(title)" in the constructor in order to call the 1-argument constructor of JFrame. If you step through your code and hit "step into" when the line "super(title)" is reached, BlueJ crashes and must be force quit.

Doesn't seem to happen on linux. I'll have to try it on a Mac machine.
