[BLUEJ-420] Colour stack traces
Further to BLUEJ-416 about making post-exception stack traces clickable, I wonder if we should colour stack traces. Specifically, we should try to highlight the message from the exception and de-emphasise the actual stack trace part. We can probably just de-saturate and de-emphasise the stack trace (which is easier to spot heuristically in the Terminal code) rather than add emphasis to the exception message.
The problem, which particularly occurs in Greenfoot, is that people don't seem to read the actual message of the stack trace, instead they see all the fairly unreadable lines of the stack trace and seem to panic/give up. So if we paled the trace, perhaps they might be more likely to read the top message.
