[BLUEJ-699] Standalone version does not recognize jdk on windows 8
The BlueJ standalone executable opens a dialogue complaining that there are no suitable JDK found and then ask you for the JDK location. If you locate the JDK that came with the standalone zip, BlueJ will complain that bluej.Boot class cannot be found and will fail. This problem affects standalone versions of BlueJ from 3.1.6 until 4.0preview, however, these standalone executables works on Windows 10, so this seems to be a problem specific to Windows 8.
